Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup black grapes chopped
  • 2 tbsp jaggery grated
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp ginger grated
  • A pinch of black salt
  • ½ tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Heat a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
  2. Add grapes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add jaggery, ginger, and black salt. Stir well.
  4. Simmer until it thickens, then add lemon juice.
  5. Serve with paratha or as a dip.
