Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup green/red grapes
  • 1 large sweet potato boiled & mashed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Roast grapes in olive oil at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix roasted grapes with mashed sweet potatoes and cinnamon.
